Job Description Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: RDM Construction Representatives will closely collaborate and provide services to RDM Project Team Members such as RDM Project Managers, RDM Project Engineers, Airport Owners and their respective engineer offices, other engineering firms, General Contractors, and Subcontractors on design-bid-build aviation civil engineering projects. RDM Construction Representatives relative to the Northern Virginia Area with potential travel to various jobsite locations in the field or office during construction activities. Training will be provided based on level of understanding. Construction Engineers (CE) – 2 to 5 years of experience in heavy highway / airport or commercial building construction. Construction Inspectors   (CI)  – 2 to 3 years of experience with an understanding of general practices for heavy highway / airfield construction. A construction trade or college education is a plus.
