Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Worker AVAILABLE: Immediately QUALIFICATIONS: One year of experience in a position requiring the use of standard hand tools in a mechanical or construction trade or in grounds maintenance; ability to follow simple oral and written instructions; willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks; ability to get along well with others; thoroughness, dependability, good physical condition.
