MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST or PRIOR AUTHOR AUTHORIIZATION SPEICIALIST ABOUT US: We are a busy, patient-centered Neurology office with two providers dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST or PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SPEICIALIST to join our team. If you enjoy helping patients, we'd love to hear from you. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in various office tasks to ensure a smooth work flow. Tasks may include greeting and checking in patients. scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars. Assist in obtaining prior authorizations for medications, monitor shipment of needed meds. Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, provide information to patients. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous medical office experience preferred.
