MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Seneca, Kansas * Industrial electrical troubleshooting (480V 3-Phase) * PLC & HMI navigation and troubleshooting * AC drives and motor controls   Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities    Ability to work in a fast-paced facility with attention to detail o    Inspect, diagnose, and fix production equipment.    Electrical, pneumatics, PLC and hydraulic work when necessary.    Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on all equipment.    Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to documented best practices and standard operating procedures.    Work collaboratively with supervisors and other maintenance staff to solve problems and troubleshoot mechanical issues.    Willing to adapt to Koch & Co. procedures and processes.    Excellent teamwork skills    Strong problem-solving skills    Good verbal and written communication skills...
