The Carlson Company has immediate job openings available for Assembly workers and Machinists in our shop. These are  full-time  jobs for detail-oriented people with the ability to work independently. We are willing to train the right people. You must be able to meet and exceed job time requirements in an efficient manner. You must be able to operate equipment, use hand tools, gauges, and have basic math and problem-solving skills. You must follow safety directives, wear eye and ear protection, and  steel-toed  shoes and be willing to work in a sometimes-dirty environment . Job opening for a Material Handler in our machine shop. This is a full-time, first-shift position (We close at 4:30 pm) We offer a 401K and paid health insurance for the employee (not a family plan) and the possibility of overtime.
