Pennwood Crossing Mobile Home Community is seeking to fill a full time Maintenance position and a full time Maintenance Supervisory position. The positions offers Paid Time Off, Health Insurance and 401K. We are looking for someone who has experience in plumbing, light electrical repairs, basic carpentry, great customer service skills, repairs of some equipment, some knowledge of pool maintenance and day to day duties of general maintenance. Both positions are on call positions. Maintenance Supervisor position $22.50 per hr. Maintenance/Groundskeeper position $19 per hr.
