To implement, maintain and improve manufacturing processes, machinery and tooling as directed.
Responsibilities : * Will implement and oversee design projects assigned. * Carry out various analysis and examination of production operations to optimize efficiency in a cost-effective manner. * Perform R&D on special projects to improve equipment and manufacturing processes. * Maintain record files. * Improve production processes, and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales. * Asist when needed with AutoCAD drawings for production and customers * Aid in trouble-shooting quality problems when needed. * Help with Quality Control personnel development. * Keep relevant staff informed on project progress. * Provide assistance to Maintenance department on projects. * Other duties as assigned by Management.
