2026-2027 Speech Language Pathologist Long-Term Substitute The Union Area School District in New Castle, PA is seeking a PA certified Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must hold a current Pennsylvania certificate for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence is preferred. However, the district encourages applicants who have the appropriate PA certificate but not the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence to apply.
