Job Description Job Description Plant Manager with experience in operation of a Sand Pit . Experience in operation of heavy equipment such as Dredge, Dozier, Track Hoe, Loader and more. Must have MSHA training and Certifications as well as management experience directing the operation of people and equipment to process the material to produce finished Concrete sand, Mason Sand and Gravel. Mechanical experience a must to trouble shoot and fix problems and breakdowns. Pay is based on Experience Level. Is a Salaried position with competitive pay and benefits.
