Helen Tarokic Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Immigration Intake (Consultation) Attorney to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This position focuses on client consultations, intake, client education, and business development rather than managing an independent caseload. This is a hybrid role designed for an attorney with prior immigration law experience who values both flexibility and in-person collaboration and who enjoys the complexity of immigration law consultations. This is not a contractor role. Consultation blocks typically are prescheduled for a 2-hour slot. The position begins with a remote onboarding period. Following onboarding, the attorney will work with the firm on a relocation plan, with the expectation of relocating to the Wilmington, NC area within the first year of employment.
