CITY OF MENTOR Natural Resource Assistant Temporary/Seasonal The City of Mentor is seeking 1-2 Natural Resource Assistants to support the Natural Resources division with migratory bird banding, invasive plant management, native tree plantings, and nuisance wildlife management. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and banding migratory birds, as well as knowledge of both native and invasive plant management. Use of brush cutters and handsaws will be utilized during habitat restoration projects. Other tasks include avian monitoring, vegetation surveys, data recording and entry, and application of pesticides.
