Job Description Job Description We are seeking a results-driven  CDL Driver Recruiter  to join our team in Addison, Texas. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) drivers to support client needs within the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting CDL drivers, a strong understanding of DOT regulations, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and onboard qualified CDL Class A and B drivers using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and database mining). Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, certifications, driving history, and culture fit.
