This position ensures the availability, resiliency, and performance of mission-critical P25 Motorola radio systems, RF sites, dispatch consoles, and associated backhaul networks. Responsibilities include system programming, lifecycle maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, documentation, resource planning, and coordinating with ADCOM's Network Team to maintain end-to-end connectivity through fiber-optic and microwave transport.
