Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for AMH capital projects to include budgeting, performance, contract negotiations, site selection, tenant relations, and forward planning. They are the key interface to vendors, residents, JBER Partners, and contractors on capital projects for the existing AMH portfolio as well as new development opportunities. The Project Manager is an integral part of the management team, playing a key leadership role for annual preventative maintenance and long-term health of all physical assets on JBER. They often have direct contact with Aurora employees, vendors, the corporate office, tenants, and the military, and as such must have a pleasant demeanor, possess strong people skills, and the ability to work well with people from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
