These executives bring years of experience across various industries and provide strategic guidance and operational expertise to the ASC portfolio of companies.
These individuals, titled as Operating Advisors, have extensive backgrounds in finance, accounting, human resources, sales, logistics, corporate development/M&A and merchandising from various industries including but not limited to retail, business services, transportation and healthcare. They also assist ASC’s investment professionals by engaging in various activities including, without limitation, serving as members of the Boards of Directors of portfolio companies and assisting management teams in improving operations and integrating acquisitions.
The team supports the ASC Funds’ unique model, which focuses on partnering with lower middle market owners who have successfully built businesses and seek the capital and operational expertise required to take their business to the next level.
