Municipal Water Authority of Aliquippa Job Title – Water Treatment Plant Operator Accepting Applications Through Friday, March 6, 2026 Job Description: The position requires the applicant to have the knowledge of the various tasks / functions to operate, control and maintain a water treatment plant and distribution system. Minimum Requirements: Applicant shall have at a minimum a Class B water license. Applicant must have valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License; must have reliable transportation to / from work. Applicant must have high school diploma or GED; advanced degree in a related field would be a plus. Applicant must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening; a criminal background check will be done. Applicant must be able to work shifts without restrictions – 8am to 4pm, 4pm to midnight, midnight to 8am; must be able to work weekends and holidays.
