Lead Circulation Desk Coordinator Application Deadline: Friday, October 16, 2026 - 6:00pm Position Description: The Circulation Department is seeking a full-time, efficient, and courteous public-facing coordinator to oversee staff and support library patrons. This individual will assist the Adult Services Librarian in the Circulation Department's overall operations by ensuring the desk and shelving team is adequately staffed. This position requires adaptability, flexibility, collaboration, attention to detail, and great organizational skills. An ideal candidate is flexible, has a strong work ethic, and works well on a team. The position may require night and weekend work. The role balances front-desk patron service with behind-the-scenes office work.
