Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Engineer Job #2026-0501 Position Summary Intercomp Co. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support production through process documentation, hands-on shop floor engagement, and continuous improvement of both new and legacy products. This role will report to the Engineering manager and work closely with Production and Quality to ensure efficient, repeatable, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This employee will spend a high percentage of their time on the shop floor.
