Work closely w/ members of the QE, Product Management, & Development teams of the Flex product lines to shape Crestrons Unified Communications test strategies, cultivate the tech environment & lead, guide, & dvlp test resources. Lead 8 QE Test Engineers & mng performance testing in troubleshooting, characterizing, & describing software defects. Lead detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test plans & test cases. Track quality assurance metrics & assist in dvlpng & enforcing software-firmware/test dvlpmnt standards. Req. a Masters degree in Comp Sci, Electrical/Electronics Engg, Comp Engg, or Info Tech (or its U.S. equiv.) + 2 yrs. of exp. as a Quality Engineering Manager, Senior Product Architect, or System Analyst.
