The National Urban League seeks a Manager, Learning Operations. The Manager is responsible for the daytoday operation of the Center for Leadership's learning activities and infrastructure. This role ensures that learning programs, digital platforms, and content flow smoothly from planning to execution. The Manager owns the daily mechanics of delivery, managing the learning management system (LMS), coordinating, and developing content, supporting delivery across formats, and keeping learning activity moving in a dynamic, resourceconstrained nonprofit environment.
