We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on working Shop Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within our machine shop environment. The Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily machining operations while actively supporting production activities on the shop floor. This position requires a strong technical machining background combined with proven leadership abilities.
