Under general supervision of the Automation Manager, the Robotic Welding Technician is responsible for the operation, advanced programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic welding projects. This experienced-level role works independently on complex programming and process-development work and provides technical guidance to Robotic Welding Technician I staff. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Independently develop and debug full robot programs, including searching functions, error handling, coordinated motion, weld path development, and PLC communication, using robot teach pendants & various 3D offline programming software.
