TITLE OF POSITION: Clinic/Medication Licensed Vocational Nurse CATEGORY: NON EXEMPT RESPONSIBLE TO: DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides nursing care for THE basics AT JAN WERNER under supervision of the Director of Clinical Services and in conjunction with other nursing staff. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowledge of State requirements and operating standards and updates. Functions as a TEAM member to assist in the 24-hour care of Participants.
