SCOPE OF WORK: The Bilingual Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily activities of an assigned team of production employees, as well as temporary associates provided through staffing agencies. This position provides hands-on technical leadership to ensure production goals are consistently achieved with safety, quality, and productivity in mind. Positions that report directly to the Production Supervisor include, but are not limited to: Roll Handler, Pure Loop, Punch Operator, Material Handler, and Machine Operator. The Production Supervisor may also receive work assignments from other members of the JDR management team. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Assigns and directs daily job duties for assigned team members.
