Assistant Director – Leet Center Northwest Missouri State University Responsible for daily operations of the Phyllis & Richard Leet Center, including staff scheduling, student supervision, budgeting, hiring, and coordination of licensing/accreditation. Oversees records, supplies, and customer service while supporting children, families, and staff. Assists with lunch program, student health needs, and training compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education required; Master’s preferred or in progress. Minimum of 1 year teaching experience. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
