Mine Maintenance Shift Coordinator Supervises activities of bargaining unit employees engaged in maintaining mine equipment and machinery. Coordinates activities of and provides directions to other maintenance forepersons in harmony with shift production supervisor.   Duties and Responsibilities: Directs activities of subordinates assigned to all phases of maintaining the machinery and equipment used in the trona mining process.  Assists in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.  Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to subordinates and assign duties.  Requisitions and keeps a supply of spare parts.  Plans and coordinates maintenance activities with shift production supervisor consistent with goals and objectives of production and utility departments.  Provides direction to other maintenance forepersons on shift.        Inspect work area to ensure specific work environment safety standards are being met.  Investigates irregularities, upsets...
