Position Summary : We are seeking a litigator who has experience prosecuting or defending individual and class/collective claims based on violations of state and federal overtime laws. Roles and Responsibilities : Advocacy: Attorney will represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Attorney will prepare for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings with the assigned Partner. Discovery: Attorney will be responsible for drafting written discovery, deficiency notices, subpoenas and assisting legal team to respond to discovery served on clients. Attorney will assist in review of documents produced in response to discovery. Legal Research/Analysis: Attorney will be responsible for working with our briefing team to conduct legal research and writing.
