Job Description Job Description Staples Construction is looking for an Estimator/Project Manager with Public Works and/or JOC experience. This role will work out of the Salinas, CA office. This position is full-time with great benefits. The ideal candidate has working experience with JOC or RSMeans estimating. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Provide overall management of construction projects from initial scope development through final acceptance by client. Provide and/or provide leadership and coordinate full estimating services on Job Order Contract (JOC) projects of all scopes and sizes.
