The Town of Groton is seeking qualified applicants for Water Superintendent. This position reports to the Town Manager and works under the policy direction of an Elected Board of Water Commissioners.  It involves the administrative and supervisory work in budgeting, planning, directing and managing the operations of the Water Department’s municipal drinking facilities in accordance with all Federal and State Drinking Water Regulations including but not limited to the water storage tanks, pumping stations, drinking water treatment facilities, water mains, fire hydrants, watersheds and drinking water resource areas; all other related work as may be required.
