Function: Under close supervision of the Supervisor, Transmission System Operations, supports partial transmission system shutdowns. Supports realignment of pressure zone boundaries as required to facilitate construction, meet operational objectives or respond to emergencies. Assists in performing a variety of skilled mechanical duties required in the operation, maintenance, and repair of water transmission and distribution facilities and equipment including system valves, water storage tanks, and control valves.
