NORTHWEST IOWA POWER COOPERATIVE ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN POSITION PURPOSE:  In accordance with Northwest Iowa Power Cooperatives (NIPCOs) mission, vision, values, goals, and initiatives, provide technical, administrative, and operational support to the Engineering & Operations Department through system documentation, CAD drafting, metering and billing support, member service programs, compliance reporting, data management, and general engineering support activities.  DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:   Engineering & Technical Support   Prepare and maintain AutoCAD drawings and engineering records.  Assist with GIS, document management, and electronic file archiving.  Support project inspections, data collection, and engineering studies.  Support drone piloting, photography, photo archiving, and policy compliance.  Assist with surveying and staking needs.  Perform other engineering support activities as...
