This role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build quick, persuasive connections with candidates. The Recruiter will source, interview, place, and manage candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
