W&M has been recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Student Affairs nationwide by EduLedger and ACPA: College Student Educators International.  The Assistant Director of Student Unions & Engagement assists with the development, administration, and implementation of engagement opportunities for all users of the Student Unions at William & Mary with primary focus on programming. Specific responsibilities include: • Advise the Alma Mater Productions (AMP) Programming Board to support a robust educational, socio- cultural, and recreational programming calendar of over 90 events per academic year. • Manage several budget and budgeting processes including contract and vendor relationship negotiations for budget in excess of $500,000 annually. • Coordinate campus-wide events on behalf of AMP, Student Unions and Engagement, and/or university initiatives. • Supervise the two Graduate Students and...
