Childsplay Stamford LLC d/b/a The Goddard School of Stamford seeks a full-time Transitional Kindergarten Teacher in Stamford, CT. Duties: Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing, and multicultural learning environment. Design and implement age-appropriate play-based lesson plans using structured curriculum. Plan and implement activities to foster children's self-esteem and social skills. Prepare daily activity reports for each child. Attend faculty meetings, in-service days, conferences, and professional growth opportunities. Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or closely related field and twelve (12) months of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher.
