The Herdsperson assists other Herd Technicians in routine animal care and general farm tasks to ensure the welfare/well-being of the animals. The Feed Mill Operator is trained to tend, operate, and oversee all of the operator areas within the mill (i.e. receiving, batching, production floor, loadout, etc.) to assure compliance with established procedures relative to quality, productivity and safety by performing assigned duties. MUST be at least 18 years old to be considered.

Responsible for the training and skill development of hourly new hire employees, including, but not limited to, the development of knife techniques to include sharpening and maintenance of sharpening tools.  Will work most of the time on the production floor coaching and assisting new employees in learning production jobs after they are hired and to assist with training on the job with employees have moved positions through the job bidding process.  On the Job trainers will be responsible for some job specific training that may include knife sharpening techniques, LOTO, Animal Handling, Floor Hyster Training and other job specific knowledge required for an employee to learn their assigned position with the company.  Will work with Supervision and Training Supervisor to ensure tracking documents are in place to best identify those needing additional training.

These personnel can analyze production metrics against market needs in Supply & Demand Planning, focus on product transportation through Logistics.   The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the managing Customer Sales order activities, Coordinating Supply Chain efficiency and building strong relationships. This role will manage the receipt of customer purchase orders, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues which may arise from the time the order is placed through the date of invoice, as well as actively managing any on-going logistics maintenance and relationship growth with the assigned customer and sales personnel. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as the voice of the Supply Chain organization and communicate directly with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include cost accounting, inventory control, accounts payable, payroll, billing, and preparation of plant financial and other control reports. Prepares and analyzes unusual items on financial reports.
