JOB DESCRIPTION — Housing Program Specialist   Organization: The New York Association on Independent Living (NYAIL) is a nonprofit membership organization representing Independent Living Centers from around New York State that works to enhance the quality of life and safeguard the rights of people with disabilities.   Position: RTH Housing Program Specialist   Duties and Responsibilities: The Housing Program Specialist will report to the RTH Director of Housing Programs and/or designee in assisting the program to facilitate the successful transition of individuals into community settings through the Rapid Transition Housing Subsidy Programs.
