Job Title:  Statewide Support Services Coordinator The New York Association on Independent Living (NYAIL) is seeking a Statewide Support Services Coordinator to assist in the development and delivery of Individualized Service Plans and Support Services through the Olmstead Housing Program (OHS) and Rapid Transition Housing Program (RTHP). The housing programs are designed to provide rental subsidies and supportive housing services to high-cost, high-need Medicaid members in New York State. The housing programs are funded by the NYS Department of Health. NYAIL administers the grant statewide and subcontracts with its member Independent Living Centers (ILCs) across the state to staff Independent Living Specialists. NYAIL is a state-wide, non-profit organization, working with Independent Living Centers across the State to eliminate physical, communications, attitudinal, and other barriers for people with disabilities.
