Job Description Job Description Position Summary:  The Construction Foreman (Steel Erection) is a front-line supervisory-level position. The Construction Foreman (Steel Erection) assists the Superintendent in supervising and leading a group of Employee-Owners (i.e., construction crews and the individual Employee-Owners on a jobsite) in the erection of pre-engineered, prefabricated steel buildings.
