  LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR Richmond, VA   The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal development initiatives that build organizational capability and support VEDP’s strategic goals.   This role focuses on ensuring learning programs are well organized, effectively communicated, and operationally sound, while also contributing to learning design and facilitation.
