Under general direction, perform a full range of complex and responsible secretarial and legal work utilizing legal terminology, procedures, and documents. Coordinate preparation of legal documents and correspondence. The Data Entry Clerk provides effective coordination by uploading clinical service requests into database. Communicates with IPA and Providers to ensure timely, accessible care/ services to members.
