Defense-ability is a small company located near San Jose, CA. We primarily teach women's self defense classes, but also offer corporate and private training.
We teach our students to rely on using their situational awareness and boundary setting skills to avoid a dangerous situation rather than engaging with a would-be attacker. We also teach basic strikes, kicks, and escape moves.
