We are currently hiring for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Help Desk Support roles.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming technical support calls
Basic Troubleshooting of technical issues
Ticket follow up as needed
Ticket escalation when necessary
Excellent customer service ability
