Job Description Truck Dispatching Administrator Typical duties and responsibilities include the following: Preparing daily work such as truck schedules and dispatching drivers, to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules. Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, and supervisors. Using telephones or text messages to contact employees or brokers. Speaking with supervisors or brokers to resolve problems, requests for construction materials. Keeping and organizing work requests.
