Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from pre-construction to completion, while ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with safety to ensure safety programs are established and executed * Financial monitoring and reporting including cost monitoring, cost and revenue projections, change order logs, under/over billing reports, invoicing, vendor and subcontractor invoicing review and approval * Work with project superintendents to identity applicable equipment types, personnel skill sets, means, methods, and schedule as required * Manage and update receiving and yield reports * Maintain cost accounting, schedule impacts, fully authorized change order logs, and communication logs * Submit quarterly cost to complete projections * Weekly quantities reported and complied in ViewPoint * Keep change order log up to date * Coordinate equipment acquisitions * Subcontract...
