Job Description Job Description Outer Banks Boat Harbor is hiring a hands-on Working Marine Service Manager on NC's Crystal Coast. As an established Yamaha dealership, we are looking for an experienced lead mechanic to manage shop operations, direct daily workflow, and work directly on boats alongside our technicians. Key Responsibilities Outboard Diagnostics & Repowers: Troubleshooting, maintenance, and full engine installs (Yamaha, Mercury, Honda). Systems Rigging: Install and service 12V marine electrical systems, PDS units, jack plates, stereos, motor controls, and hardware. Shop Leadership: Oversee daily shop workflow, mentor technicians, and assist on 2-person heavy installs. Customer Support: Write estimates, handle calls, update customers, and secure job approvals.
