If you are looking for a position as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), and are tired of the micromanagement grind of a huge call center or working weekends for some big box home improvement retailer, read on. Partsmaster is a family owned distributor with a 30 year history of stable and profitable growth, working Monday through Friday in our Phoenix office you will know our president and leadership team by name. Partsmaster is an MRO supplier to the multi-family housing vertical. OK, let’s be real, what we do is sell toilet seats, chlorine, light switches, HVAC equipment, doors and more than 6,000 other items to owners and managers of apartments. It is not what you would call a sexy business, but is almost recession proof. Still with me? We currently have 7 branch locations throughout the southwest, with additional locations in the planning stages. But we can only grow if we build a team focused on continual improvement. If you have worked in the apartment or hospitality industry or have experience in DIY retail (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace…), have a great attitude and want your nights and weekends back, we may have a place for you. Every job has a list of duties and responsibilities, here’s the ones that come with the position we are looking to fill: · Greets and assists Will Call customers. · Answer incoming calls for customer service and/or sales. · Data entry of quotes, orders and invoicing when needed. · Research account information utilizing computer, phone, fax and email. · Act as a liaison between customers and sales representatives to resolve any issues. · Facilitate the resolution of customer issues (product, install, backorders, delivery etc.) · Promptly respond to internal and customer inquiries. · Maintain and build customer relationships. · Organize work area for orderliness at all times. Skills/Qualifications: · Communication Proficiency, Organizational Skills, Technical Capacity · Personal Effectiveness/Credibility, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills · Time Management Skills · Mathematical Skills, Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Abilities, Attention to Detail and Accuracy · Must be able to communicate clearly by telephone and email. · Bi-lingual a huge plus! · High school diploma or GED. · Must be at least 21 years old.
