Pay Range:
$34.1837 - $50,0181 Hourly
$71,102.10 - $104,037.65 Annually
Salary and Benefits:
Starting Pay (New Entry): $71,102/year
Starting Pay (Lateral Entry): Pay commensurate with full years of certified law enforcement experience. An officer with seven years of experience would start at $77,705

Firearms Proficiency Pay: Up to $360/year
Physical Fitness Incentive: $300/year
Shift Differential: $0.75/hour for 2nd shift and $0.85/hour for 3rd shift
Schedule: Rotating 5 days on / 2 days off and 5 days on / 3 days off patrol schedule
Training:
16-week police academy with full pay, benefits and housing provided
In-house training after completion of police academy
