Job Description My name is Melissa Dowling and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant position for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Plymouth, MN 55442. Details for this position are as follows: Description: Administrative functions: answering phones, calendar management, data entry into learning management systems, managing correspondence and processing expense reports, creating or modifying business documents. Will be cross trained for shipping, must be able to lift 50lbs. Travel experience - booking/expensing through concur or similar. Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software. Coordinates and maintains departmental files and spreadsheets, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations. Uses advanced software skills to perform work assigned May assist with training programs and proctor related activities Qualifications: Minimum Associates Degree and 3 years previous admin experience or equivalent. Operates with minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook. Preferred previous medical device industry experience.
