Your Role: As a Window Service Technician, you’ll be the expert customers rely on to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain their windows and doors. From diagnosing issues to delivering practical solutions, your work will directly contribute to Woodland’s tradition of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair issues like drafts, leaks, or malfunctioning components. Replace or repair damaged window panes, seals, locks, and hardware. Ensure proper installation and operation of window and door systems. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions in simple terms. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, whether on-site or in the shop. Accurately document service requests, parts usage, and job completion details.
