Job Description Job Description Facility Maintenance Mechanic I Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Rotation: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Starting Pay: $36.00/hour + $2.00/hour base pay differential Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Mechanic I to assist with the operation and maintenance of boilers and facility utility systems within a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position works with boiler systems, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems, water softeners, and other facility equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing facility repairs, and assisting with projects as assigned.
