Job Description Job Description Position Overview A Field Service Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial ink jet, vision, paper-handling and other systems. The Field Service Technician provides critical on-site and remote support to new and existing clients within, and at times beyond, an assigned territory. The position uses strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service. It requires regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays. Essential Responsibilities Technical Service & Repair: Perform on-site and remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, configuration, and mechanical/electrical repairs on industrial print and mail automation equipment. Installation & Training: Set up new systems at customer locations and train operators on proper equipment operation and routine maintenance.
